Handle Bar Grips (Model and Patterns)
I needed handle bar grips for my bike. Instead of buying replacement grips, I decided to make them and wrap them with leather. These files will include the 3D model for easy 3d Printing as well as the templates for cutting the leather in both printable (PDF) and laser (AI).

ROCKET STOVE (PLAN & PATTERNS)
I designed this Rocket Stove with the idea that I wanted it to look as good as it works! I also wanted to make it easy to replicate. The plan and pattern document contains 1:1 drawings of the finished piece and the patterns I used to cut the pieces out to produce the stove. Great project for people learning to weld or looking for a fun weekend project!

HEAVY METAL BIRD FEEDER
I designed these bird feeders to be an excellent project for learning how to weld as well as an easy project for turning a bit of scrap into something useful! This drawing set contains the patterns I used for the small bird feeder featured on Miller's What's In Your Weekend Series.
Also included are additional patterns for making a Large Bird Feeder using the same method!

DRAG KNIFE (CAD)
I have always wanted to develop my own drag knife to cut cardboard, wood veneer, paper etc... In this video, I 3D print and test a prototype and then mill the final working knife out of aluminum.

VERTICAL STORAGE (CNC READY)
Every small shop runs into the same issue at some point. That issue is material storage! I developed this Vertical Storage solution to maximize the floor print and take advantage of slanted vertical space allowing for easy access to materials of multiple shapes and sizes. This includes the PDF assembly document as well as the 3D model and actual nested 2D CAD files ready to cut and assemble!

SOAP DISH (CAD, CAM)
I provide both the CAD geometry and the Gcode for you to be able to reproduce my soap dish on your own machine!
You will also see that I have included the integrated flip geometry. This is a way I developed in order to simplify the process involved in milling a 2 sided object as the fixture is incorporated into the cut out geometry!

FIRE~BASKET (PATTERNS)
I designed a fire basket out of simple angle iron. What I came up with would be very time consuming to layout considering all of the intersecting angles. I decided to try an alternative method. Now you can use these patterns to build your own fire basket too!

GRUNBLAU MDF3790
This is a full size document set for building the Grunblau MDF3790. The plans contain the bill of materials, drawings, renderings, wiring diagrams, patterns and easy to follow instructions required to reproduce my machine. When you purchase the PDF, you will also receive a full scale pattern sheet that contains all of the patterns nested on a one page PDF for easy printing. Also included is the CAD geometry in as in various formats for CNC processing or as a great jumping off point to develop your own design!

PLATFORM CNC PRODUCTION FILES
I developed the Platform CNC to be everything I wanted in my own shop CNC. I produced 200+ of these machines for people. There is still a lot of interest in producing the machine and doing more production runs. This machine can easily process quarter sheets of plywood in its 30" X 48" X 6" work envelope. This is all of the production files and documentation for producing your very own Platform CNC as well as the HIWIN rail upgrade I developed to compliment this already extremely robust machine.
